1ST Class Legal (I.S.), Ltd. v. Niro, et al.

Northern District of Illinois, ilnd-1:2016-cv-06793

MINUTE entry before the Honorable Robert M. Dow, Jr: Upon review of the parties' joint status report {{25}}, the status hearing set before Judge Dow on 2/8/2017 is stricken in view of the pending matters before Magistrate Judge Finnegan at this time. Unfortunately, the Court will not be able to accommodate the request for a hearing date of 3/15/2017 on Plaintiff's proposed motion for summary judgment. The Court could offer either 3/8/2017 or 3/22/2017 as alternate dates and can offer California counsel the opportunity to participate by telephone to save the cost and inconvenience of repeated travel to Chicago in March. All counsel should confer and contact the Courtroom Deputy to advise which of the alternate dates is preferred and the Court will set the schedule accordingly. Mailed notice
