SILVA, FELIPE PEREZ, § and FRANCISCO PEREZ, § § Plaintiffs, § § vs. § § SANCHEZ OIL & GAS § CORPORATION, and GRYPHON § HOLDCO, LLC, § § Defendants. § ORDER Before the Court is the above-styled cause of action, which was referred to the undersigned for all pretrial proceedings on April 17, 2019 [#22]. On August 23, 2019, Plaintiffs filed a Stipulation of Dismissal Without Prejudice as to their claims against Defendant Sanchez Oil & Gas Corporation [#46]. In light of the dismissal, the Court will dismiss as moot Defendant Sanchez Oil & Gas Corporation's Motion to Compel Arbitration [#41]. Plaintiffs' claims against Defendant Gryphon Holdco, LLC remain pending. A report and recommendation on Defendant Gryphon Holdco, LLC's Motion to Dismiss and Compel Arbitration [#30] will be forthcoming. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant Sanchez Oil & Gas Corporation's Motion to Compel Arbitration [#41] is DISMISSED AS MOOT. 1 IT IS SO ORDERED. SIGNED this 28th day of August, 2019. ELIZABETH S.
