IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant Emergency Site Protection, LLC's Unopposed Motion to Extend Deadline to Answer or Otherwise Respond to Plaintiffs Original Collective Action Complaint is GRANTED. Defendant Emergency Site Protection, LLC's deadline to file a response to Plaintiff Josue Alvarez's Original Collective Action Complaint is hereby STAYED. As long as the stay remains pending, ESP is permitted to refrain from filing a response to Plaintiffs pleading without risk of a notice of default or a default judgment. In the event Plaintiff files a document with the Court stating that the stay should be terminated, ESP shall have 21 days from the filing to respond to Plaintiff's pleading before it may be subject to a notice of default or a default judgment.
