ORDER Before the Court is the status of the above-styled and numbered cause. On January 25, the Court granted Emergency Site Protection, LLC's ("ESP") unopposed motion to indefinitely extend its time to answer or otherwise respond to plaintiff's complaint. The basis for the motion was "ongoing discussion[s] between ESP's and plaintiff's respective counsels about whether ESP is properly a defendant in this lawsuit." After careful consideration, the Court is of the opinion that this matter should be placed back on the active litigation docket. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the indefinite stay of the deadline for ESP to file an answer or otherwise appear is LIFTED and ESP shall file an answer or otherwise respond to plaintiff's complaint on or before April 15, 2019.
