(Dkt. 19). In light of this motion, and in light of the waiver of service of summons prescribed by Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure by NXP Semiconductors N.Y. and NXP B.V., the Court is of opinion that the motion is meritorious and that it should be, and is hereby, granted. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Plaintiff American Patents LLC's agreed motion to extend the time within which NXP Semiconductors N.Y., NXP B.V., and NXP USA, Inc., are required to move, answer, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint, filed November 5, 2018, (Dkt. 19), is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that the time in which NXP Semiconductors N.V., NXP B.V., and NXP USA, Inc., are required to move, answer, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint be extended to and include February 10, 2019.
