ORDER GRANTING AGREED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR LIMITED JURISDICTIONAL DISCOVERY, RELATED SUPPLEMENTAL BRIEFING, AND HEARING ON ALL PENDING MOTIONS Before the Court is Specially Appearing Defendants Lenovo (Shanghai) Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. and Lenovo Group Ltd.'s (the "Lenovo Defendants") agreed motion to extend the time: (1) within which the Lenovo Defendants are required to provide a corporate representative for deposition; (2) within which Plaintiff American Patents LLC ("Plaintiff") must file its supplemental briefing on the issue of jurisdiction and the Lenovo Defendants must file their response thereto; and (3) for the Court's scheduled hearing on all pending motions. The Court is of the opinion that the agreed motion to extend is meritorious and should be granted, and is hereby, GRANTED. Accordingly, it is: ORDERED that the Lenovo Defendants must produce a corporate representative for -1- deposition on or before April 10, 2019; Plaintiff will file any supplemental briefing on the issue of jurisdiction on or before April 19, 2019; the Lenovo Defendants will file their response on or before April 29, 2019; and a hearing on all pending motions is set for May ______, 2019, at ___________ a.m. / p.m. SIGNED and Entered this the _____ day of March 2019 __________________________________________ ALAN D.
