[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING SPECIALLY APPEARING LENOVO DEFENDANTS' OPPOSED MOTION TO STRIKE PLAINTIFF'S UNTIMELY OPPOSITION TO MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER, RECONSIDERATION, AND STAY (DKT. 125) Before the Court is Specially Appearing Defendants Lenovo (Shanghai) Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. and Lenovo Group Ltd.'s (the "Lenovo Defendants") Opposed Motion to Strike Plaintiff's Untimely Opposition to Motion for Protective Order, Reconsideration, and Stay (Dkt. 125) ("Motion to Strike"). Having considered the Motion to Strike, it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion to Strike is GRANTED, and that Plaintiff's Opposition filed at Dkt. 135 is stricken as untimely. Plaintiff shall not file any further briefing in response to the Lenovo Defendants' Motion at Dkt. 125. It is further ORDERED that the Lenovo Defendants' Motion at Dkt. 125 is hereby GRANTED as unopposed, as follows: ORDERED that the Lenovo Defendants are relieved from the additional jurisdictional discovery previously ordered at the May 30, 2019 hearing and June 21, 2019 telephonic hearing; and ORDERED that the proceedings against the Lenovo Defendants are hereby STAYED pending a written ruling on the Lenovo Defendants' Motion to Dismiss for Improper Service of Process, Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, and Improper Venue (Dkt. 44), and any appeals therefrom.
