No. 65 11 12 Pursuant to the parties' Stipulation to Stay Litigation Pending Efforts Toward Informal Northern District of California United States District Court 13 Resolution, and good cause appearing, the Court ORDERS that: 14 (a) All proceedings will be stayed for ninety days to allow for adequate time to process 15 Plaintiffs' loan modification application and review Plaintiffs for a loan modification. 16 (b) During the stay of litigation, Defendants will not hold a trustee's sale of the subject 17 property located at 1162 Sea Breeze Court, Brentwood, CA 94513. 18 (c) The further case management conference in this case, presently scheduled for 19 March 25, 2016, is HEREBY CONTINUED to June 17, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., in Courtroom 5, 2nd 20 Floor, Federal Courthouse, 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, California. The parties shall file a 21 supplemental joint case management statement no later than five (5) court days prior to the 22 conference. 23 The parties shall appear at the case management conference in person through lead trial 24 counsel with authority to enter stipulations, to make admissions, to agree to further scheduling 25 dates, and to discuss all topics set forth in the Standing Order for All Judges of the Northern 26 District of California - Contents of Joint Case Management Statement, which can be found on the 27 Court's website located at http://www.cand.uscourts.gov. See N.D.
