The Board and Costco each filed a motion to dismiss Plaintiffs' Complaint for 8 Damages and Injunctive Relief ("Complaint") on July 6, 2015, such that Plaintiffs' responses to 9 the motions to dismiss are due by July 20, 2015 and Defendants' replies are due by July 27, 2015. 10 The motions are set for hearing on September 4, 2015 at 9:00 A.M. 11 B.
