ORDER RE SERVICE 10 COCA-COLA ENTERPRISES, et al., 11 Defendants. 12 Northern District of California United States District Court 13 14 As the court advised plaintiff at the December 3, 2015 case management 15 conference, he must, within 30 days, file with the court a proof of service showing that 16 defendant Coca-Cola Enterprises has been served with process. 17 The court has reviewed the docket for this case and it appears that the clerk did 18 not issue a summons at the time the complaint was filed. Accordingly, in order to 19 effectuate proper service on Coca-Cola, plaintiff must arrange for issuance of a summons 20 by the clerk, and both the complaint and the summons must be properly served on Coca- 21 Cola, and the proof of service filed within 30 days. 22 23 IT IS SO ORDERED. 24 Dated: December 4, 2015 25 __________________________________ PHYLLIS J.
