ORDER Before the Court is status of this putative collective action suit alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") to recover unpaid overtime compensation. Pretrial matters were referred to the undersigned pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). (See Docket Entry 12.) Pursuant to Rule 16, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and consistent with Status and Scheduling Conference held June 19, 2019, the Court ORDERS that the deadline for filing a Motion for Conditional Class Certification is July 19, 2019. Any response to the Motion for Class Certification must be filed within 14 days after the Motion for Class Certification has been entered, and any reply to the response must be filed within 7 days after the response has been entered. The parties may request an extension of these deadlines should circumstances require. Leave of court is automatically given to file papers not to exceed thirty pages in length, excluding the caption, signature block, any certificate, and accompanying documents.
