On January 3, 2020, the parties filed a joint status report explaining that settlement discussions are still ongoing and requesting until January 20 to advise the Court whether a settlement has been reached. See Dkt. No. 56. During this time, the parties request that the case remain stayed. The parties' request for an extension of the stay imposed in this case is GRANTED. This case shall remain stayed for an additional 30 days from the date of this Order. On or before January 20, 2020, the parties shall file a joint advisory regarding the status of their settlement negotiations. The advisory should address whether the parties' settlement discussions have been successful and if so, when they anticipate filing a stipulation of dismissal. To the extent settlement isn't successful, the advisory should explain how the parties suggest this case should proceed moving forward, including whether Plaintiffs agree this case should be dismissed in favor of arbitration as Defendants contend.
