On November 26, 2019, I stayed this case at the parties' request and ordered them to file—on or before December 26—a joint advisory regarding its status. See Nov. 26 text order. To date, however, no such advisory has been filed. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT on or before January 3, 2020, the parties shall meaningfully confer and file a joint advisory regarding the status of this case. The advisory should address whether the parties' informal settlement discussions have been successful and if not, how they suggest this case should proceed moving forward, including whether Plaintiffs agree this case should be dismissed in favor of arbitration as Defendants contend.
