On August 23, 2019, Defendant filed an Answer (Docket Entry 7), and on August 26, 2019, a certified copy of the transcript of the administrative proceedings (Docket Entry 10) was entered onto record. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that counsel for both parties submit briefs - not to exceed 20 pages - in compliance with the following requirements: (1).
