No. 25 10 Defendant. 11 12 Northern District of California United States District Court 13 On October 15, 2015, Plaintiff filed her second amended complaint in this case.1 (2d. Am. 14 Compl. ("SAC"), Dkt. No. 25.) The Court dismissed the previous iterations of the complaint for 15 failure to state a plausible claim for relief and for failure to allege facts establishing this Court's 16 jurisdiction over the case. (May 14, 2015 Order at 2, Dkt. No. 5; Oct. 2, 2015 Order, Dkt. No. 24.) 17 Because the operative complaint contains the same deficiencies, this action is DISMISSED. See, 18 e.g., Kats v. Lucile Salter Packard Children's Hosp. at Stanford, No. C-95-1960-VRW, 1995 WL 19 463668, at * 1 (N.D. Cal.
