Exhibit D From: John Summers To: Caplan, Matt Cc: match@caldwellcc.com; z/Bumble-Match.com; Deron Dacus; John Palmer; melissa@gillamsmithlaw.com Subject: RE: Bumble / Match - Summons to IAC Date: Friday, April 12, 2019 4:09:00 PM Hi Matt, We agree to accept service for IAC effective today. However, we'd like to discuss how best to execute the briefing schedule now that IAC and Match are both in the case. As you know, IAC is entitled to file its own separate motion to dismiss. Our sense is that the Court may prefer a motion addressing both Match and IAC issues in a single document. We propose that instead of filing two separate motions, IAC and Match jointly file their motion to dismiss Bumble's counterclaims on or before May 3, 2019 in a single brief not to exceed 30 pages. Your response date would be due in the typical timeframe under the Local Rules but with a similar 30-page limit. Match and IAC's reply would be due in the typical timeframe under the Local Rules but with a 15-page limit. Let me know what you think.
