The parties recently became aware that a small portion of previously agreed language related to the prosecution bar and inter partes review proceedings was omitted from the Protective Order the Court entered as Dkt. No. 51.1 Compare Dkt. 50-1 at ¶ 10 with Dkt. No. 51 at ¶ 10. The parties respectfully request that this language be adopted in the Protective Order entered by the Court.
