Case No: 8:16-cv-3363-T-36AAS WINDHAVEN INSURANCE COMPANY, Defendant. ___________________________________/ ORDER This cause comes before the Court upon the Report and Recommendation filed by Magistrate Judge Amanda Arnold Sansone on October 30, 2017 (Doc. 23). In the Report and Recommendation, Magistrate Judge Sansone recommends that the Court grant the parties' Joint Motion and Memorandum of Law for Approval of Settlement Agreement (Doc. 20). All parties were furnished copies of the Report and Recommendation and were afforded the opportunity to file objections pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). On October 31, 2017, the parties filed their Joint Notice of No Objection to Report and Recommendation (Doc. 24). Upon consideration of the Report and Recommendation, and upon this Court's independent examination of the file, it is determined that the Report and Recommendation should be adopted.
