ORDER Before the Court is pro se Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed in District Court In Forma Pauperis and Financial Affidavit in Support Thereof (Docket Entry 1), commonly known as a motion to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP"). The Court has finds that Plaintiff's motion for IFP (Docket Entry 1) should be GRANTED and it is ORDERED that he may proceed without prepaying fees or costs, and that his proposed Complaint (Docket Entry 1-1) be filed with the Court. It is FURTHER ORDERED that, if not already provided, within ten (10) days of the date of this Order, Plaintiff must submit the appropriate forms to effect service as explained in the Complete Pro Se Manual found on the website for the United States District Court, Western District of Texas, under the section "Filing without an Attorney." Consistent with Plaintiff being granted IFP status, thereafter, the Clerk must coordinate with the United States Marshal Service for them to serve the Complaint, the Summons, and a copy of this Order.
