See Dkt. No. 21. On July 25, I held an Initial Pretrial Conference at which all parties appeared through counsel of record. Pursuant to the representations made at the hearing, IT IS ORDERED THAT: 1) This case is STAYED for a period of 60 days from the date of the Initial Pretrial Conference to permit the parties to conduct settlement negotiations. 2) On or before September 25, 2019, the parties shall file a joint advisory discussing the current status of the case. If a settlement has not then been reached, the parties shall then jointly file amended scheduling recommendations to govern the remainder of the case. IT IS SO ORDERED.
