ORDER that progression of the case is stayed until 9/30/08, and the parties to this action are hereby required to mediate all pending claims in accordance with the Mediation Plan for the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska. Coun sel shall confer and advise the court no later than 9/15/08 of the identity and address of their chosen mediator. Within five days following the completion of the parties' settlement meeting, the Plaintiff's counsel shall electronically file a status report advising whether the case hasbeen settled.
