ORDER GRANTING IFP Before the Court is Plaintiff's [through counsel] Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Docket Entry 1). Having reviewed Plaintiff's application and the Complaint submitted as an attachment, the Court is of the opinion that Plaintiff's request to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP") (Docket Entry 1) should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiff's Complaint (Docket Entry 1-1) and Plaintiff's Proposed Summonses (Docket Entries 1-4, 1-5, and 1-6), be filed by the U.S. Clerk ("the Clerk") without prepayment of fees, costs or the giving of security therefore, and the Clerk shall, unless further ordered by the Court, waive the collection of any other fees or costs from Plaintiff.
