Cal). 15 WHEREAS, on March 6, 2015, Rachel Miller, Caitlin O'Neill, and Tyler Brandafino (the 16 "Miller Plaintiffs") filed a motion before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (the "MDL 17 Panel") to transfer the actions against Defendants to the Northern District of California for 18 19 coordination or consolidation pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407; 20 WHEREAS, on March 9, 2015, Clemente Cesare (the "Cesare Plaintiff") filed a motion 21 before the MDL Panel to transfer the actions against Defendants to the Southern District of 22 Florida for coordination or consolidation pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407; 23 24 WHEREAS the transfer motions were docketed by the MDL Panel under In re: 25 Disposable Contact Lens Antitrust Litigation, MDL No. 2626; 26 WHEREAS, Defendants' responses to the transfer motions are due to be completed on or 27 before March 30, 2015; 28 JOINT STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER FOR A CASE NO. 15-CV-01064-HSG STAY OF DEFENDANTS' TIME TO ANSWER COMPLAINT 7831739v.3 WHEREAS, to conserve the resources of this Court and the Parties, the Parties agree that 1 2 it is appropriate to defer Defendants' time to respond to the Complaint in this action until the 3 MDL Panel rules on the pending motions for transfer, given the typical practice of filing 4 consolidated master complaint in the transferee court following the grant of a 28 U.S.C. § 1407 5 motion; 6 7 NOW, THEREFORE, AND SUBJECT TO MODIF ICATION BY OR 8 FURTHER ORDERS OF TH E COURT, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND 9 AGREED by the Parties that: 10 1.
