See Dkt. No. 197. Plaintiffs do not oppose this request. In support of this motion, the Parties state as follows: 1. On February 15, 2018, Plaintiffs filed their First Amended Complaint. See Dkt. No. 197. Defendant Township High School District 211 and Intervenor-Defendants both moved to dismiss the First Amended Complaint. 2. On March 29, 2019, this Court issued an order granting in part and denying in part the motions to dismiss. Dkt. No. 226. 3. Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(a)(4), Intervenor-Defendants' and Defendant's answer to the claims that remain would be due April 12, 2019. 4. To allow counsel for Intervenor-Defendants to fully analyze the Court's order and coordinate with their multiple clients on responding to the claims that remain, Intervenor- Defendants request an extension until May 3, 2019 to file their answer. Township High School District 211 joins in this request. 5. Counsel for Plaintiffs do not object to such an extension. For the foregoing reasons and for good cause shown, the Parties respectfully request this Court to issue an order that extends the time for Intervenor-Defendants and Township High School District 211 to file their answer until May 3, 2019.
