CASE NO: 8:17-cr-355-T-35TGW BRIAN QUINONEZ-SOTO ORDER THIS CAUSE is before the Court on the Defendant's Unopposed Motion to Continue Sentencing. (Dkt. 76) The Defendant is requesting that the sentencing, which is presently scheduled for May 24, 2018, be continued for three months. The Defendant is requesting additional time "to continue to work towards a Motion pursuant to § 5K1.1 of the United States Sentencing Guidelines". (Id.) This is the Defendant's first request for a continuance. The Government does not oppose the relief sought. Accordingly, it is ORDERED as follows: 1. The Defendant's Unopposed Motion to Continue Sentencing is hereby GRANTED. 2. The Sentencing in this case is rescheduled to August 14, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Counsel are reminded of the requirement to contact the Courtroom Deputy if this hearing is anticipated to take longer than thirty (30) minutes. 3. Sentencing memoranda SHALL BE FILED IN EACH CASE and shall be PageID 336 filed no later than ten (10) business days prior to the date of the sentencing hearing.
