EXHIBIT C Defendant Quicken Loans Inc.'s Motion for Order to Show Cause DA 404478.3 IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS SAN ANTONIO DIVISION FELIX ROBERT SUAREZ, § § Plaintiff, § SA-19-CV-00704-FB § vs. § § U.S. BANK, NA, AS TRUSTEE, § § Defendant. § SHOW CAUSE ORDER Before the Court is the above-styled cause of action, which was referred to the undersigned for all pretrial proceedings. On June 21, 2019, the Court issued an order setting this case for an initial pretrial conference [#5]. On August 28, 2019, the Court held the scheduled conference, but Plaintiff failed to appear. Failure to appear in this Court at a scheduled conference or hearing is a violation of a Court Order. Plaintiff is warned that if he fails to comply with Orders issued by this Court in the future, he could be subject to sanctions. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff show cause for his absence from the initial pretrial conference by filing an advisory with the Court on or before September 6, 2019 explaining the reasons for his absence.
