AS MOOT 10 CITY OF SANTA ROSA POLICE Re: Dkt. No. 102 DEPARTMENT, et al., 11 Defendants. 12 Northern District of California United States District Court 13 On April 17, 2017, Plaintiff filed a motion to extend filing date, which she conceded was 14 untimely. (Pl.'s Mot., Dkt. No. 102.) Indeed, the undersigned issued an order to show cause on 15 March 15, 2017, with a response deadline of March 31, 2017, to provide Plaintiff with sufficient 16 time to explain why she did not participate in the discovery letter filed by Defendants on March 7, 17 2017. (Dkt. No. 100.) Plaintiff did not respond. On April 10, 2017, the Court issued an order on 18 the discovery letter. (Dkt. No. 101.) 19 Since Plaintiff's motion to extend the deadline was filed after the order was issued, the 20 Court DENIES the motion as MOOT. 21 IT IS SO ORDERED. 22 Dated: July 27, 2017 __________________________________ 23 KANDIS A.
