Having considered the motion, the submissions of the parties, and the other papers on file in this case, the Court finds the motion should be, in all things, GRANTED. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims of the named Plaintiff and of all opt-in Plaintiff(s) be, and the same hereby are, dismissed on the merits with prejudice to refiling same. Plaintiff shall take nothing by this lawsuit, and Defendants are in all things discharged. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that court costs, including attorney fees and expenses, are taxed against the party incurring same.
